Brief Professional History
During my undergrad in Electrical Engineering (EE) from University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore (2005-2009) Pakistan, I worked on and off as a software development team member at Al-Khwarizmi Institute of Computer Science. I worked on different ambitious research oriented projects. Around the time of my graduation in EE in the beginning of 2009 I started working with British American Tobacco (BAT) company on a corporate social responsibility project for the proposed installation of 50MW Power of Wind Turbines along the coastline and Indus basin of Pakistan. After the completion of this project, I got a Lecturer position in my undergrad alma mater UET Lahore for teaching undergrad courses on mathematics and electrical engineering.
I worked at UET Lahore as a teacher for around two years before getting KAUST fellowship award for MS/Ph.D. studies. After teaching at UET for two years, I developed a deep interest in further exploring the mathematical basis behind the complex physical phenomena. This strong feeling drives my passion and also helped me in getting admission in Estimation Modeling and Analysis Group (EMANG) at KAUST. At EMANG I worked extensively on the development of new algorithms for control of complex physical systems modeled by Partial Differential Equations (PDEs).
